● Specimen
ⓐThe specimens shall be conditioned for at least three ours at standard temperature of
23℃±2℃ and at 50±5 percent RH in accordance with KS A 0006.
ⓑCut each 3 by about 250 mm long as original width in case width is less than 25 mm
at central of tape and sheet in case width of tape and sheet is more than 25 mm.
ⓒCut to sharp knife lest edge region of specimen should be wounded.
ⓓAdhesive side shall be clean and free of dirty, foreign matter, and indentation.

● Test equipment.
Use Tensile tester prescribed to KS B 5521.

● Test plate.
ⓐTest plate uses STS 304 prescribed to KS D 3698.
ⓑTest plate’s size thickness more than 2 mm, widths are about 50 mm, lengths are about 125 mm
and 50 mm of test plate length direction one end mark 4 places from point to same space of 20 mm.
ⓒSolvent for test plate’s washing does by diacetonealcohol(4 hydroxy-4 methyl-2 pentanone),
isopropyl alcohol, ethanol, methanol, methylethylketone, acetone, acetylethyl, toluene, n-hexane,
gasoline.

● Compression device.
ⓐUse auto or passivity unit and compress specimen by roller's weight.
ⓑRoller is the surface spring hardness 85±5Hs prescribed KS M 6784, width coated by rubber layer
of thickness about 6 mm are about 45 mm, diameter (rubber layer inclusion) about 95mm,
weight 2000±50g.

● Test procedure.
ⓐSpecimen puts in test plate's center within 15 seconds after picking, and attention lest air should be inserted.
ⓑCompress specimen with the fixed compression speed and number of times.

ⓒTest plate that attached specimen stations more than 5 minutes in temperature 23°± 2°…, of RH 50% state.
ⓓAfter have bent remained part of specimen by 180 degrees and take off about 40 mm, test plate’s
end to down bite, remained part of specimen inserts to upper bite
ⓔ Bent specimen attention to be run parallel on side that attach tape.
ⓕ Pull being successive with speed of 300 mm/s and measure 4 points to 20 mm space.





● Result.
Result records mean value of 12 points that measure by 3 specimen, and unit is N/10mm.
